Payment is taken through our payment processor Paypal Australia. By purchasing a product through Princess Pampering and processing this payment you accept Paypal's terms and conditions available at http://www.paypal.com.au/

Credit Card is the preferred payment method; however arrangements may be made for alternative methods. If payment is not made by credit card delivery time may be delayed to allow for payment to be received, please contact us to confirm delivery times.

DAMAGED GOODS

All gifts are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. In the event a product is delivered damaged or faulty please inform Princess Pampering by email within 5 days of delivery, we will be more than happy to replace that item once it has been posted back to Princess Pampering and deemed faulty or damaged. A replacement item will then be promptly posted back to the recipient.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering or prior to the order being shipped. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot cancel it.

DISCLAIMER

Although every effort will be made to fulfil all orders as shown on this Website, Princess Pampering reserves the right to exchange any item contained within a box with a similar item of equal or greater value if the item is unavailable at the time the order is placed.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any product and price on this site at any time and without prior notice. Price, goods and availability are subject to change at any time.

For photographic purposes we may have used props in photographs. Unless an item is listed it is not included in the gift box.
